A brief Experience with COVid-19
Today I write ( with a heavy heart, as my people suffer ) my small observation regarding some of the patients of COVid-19 disease. These are the patients who developed the disease within a week of receiving the COVISHIELD vaccine. Some of these patients had developed symptoms of mild flu like running nose or sore throat prior to receiving the vaccine. However, the symptoms were so mild that they only recalled them much latter during the course of the disease. Others had no symptoms prior to the vaccine. Some of them even had co-morbid illnesses like diabetes and hypertension. Though many developed quite severe symptoms requiring supplemental high flow oxygen therapy , all of them recovered much faster than what I have seen usually here in Kashmir. It just struck me as unusual and when I shared this with my mentor , he advised me to pen it down. Maybe , just maybe , vaccination during the disease itself might help patients in recovering faster . Thank you for reading it...
